LumaLeaf ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the LumaLeaf mobile app and lumaleaf.app website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Plant data you create: plant names, photos, care schedules and reminders you add in the app.
• Device data: device model, OS version, app version and anonymous crash diagnostics used to improve stability.
• Photos for identification: images you submit are processed to identify plants. They are not used for advertising.

How we use information

• To provide core features: identification, reminders and your care calendar.
• To improve the app's accuracy, performance and reliability.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

Storage

Your plants and reminders are stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to back up or sync, data is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers that help us operate the app (for example, crash reporting and plant identification), under strict confidentiality.

Your choices

You can delete plants, photos and your account at any time from within the app. To request a full data export or deletion, email hello@lumaleaf.app.

Children

LumaLeaf is not directed to children under 13.
